Policies: cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling: Perfect Canine Plus Academy, LLC does not issue refunds for class or private sessions missed by the client. Refunds are given only if a client has not yet started their group training class. Cancellations must be made within 10-days of the class start date to receive credit towards another class or a refund, minus a $30 registration fee. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment or for other reasons, Perfect Canine Plus Academy, LLC will try to reschedule clients into an alternative class. If this is not possible, a class credit or refund will be issued. If a client gives Perfect Canine Plus Academy, LLC 48-hours notice of their need to reschedule a private training, we can accommodate the request and reschedule the session. A child is welcome to attend a class or private training session if they are accompanied by another parent or chaperone (other than the handler of the dog). The child and chaperone will observe the class from a comfortable station outside of the training area. We require this courtesy for other clients and their dogs which may not be accustomed to children. We welcome a client’s partner to attend a private training or group class session. Dog handlers need to be 18-years old or over to enroll in a group class. We do not allow a single handler to bring multiple dogs to class. Each dog must be registered for a class with a handler. Vaccinations: Please check with your veterinarian to confirm that your dog is up to date on vaccinations before enrolling in a Perfect Canine Plus Academy, LLC group class. Perfect Canine Plus Academy, LLC reserves the right to decline entry to any dog who presents behavior that is inappropriate or dangerous in a group setting. If the trainer determines that it is in the dog’s and other class participants best interest for you to attend a Perfect Canine Plus Academy, LLC private training session, your class fee will be used for the private sessions, or you will be issued a refund. We welcome you to photograph your dog at Perfect Canine Plus. No audio or video recording is allowed. Perfect Canine Plus Academy, LLC reserves the right to photograph and video you and your dog during training sessions for use on our website, blog, video and other media opportunities.

Agreement & Waiver *
I hereby specifically agree and understand that Perfect Canine Plus Academy, LLC, its owners, officers, trainers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, demand, cause of action of any kind whatsoever for, or on account of injury to myself, my family, my dog, persons attending with me, property damage, death or loss of any kind arising out of or connected with participation in dog training classes or activity within or without the premises, and I voluntarily assume and accept all of the aforementioned risks and hereby release them from Perfect Canine Plus Academy, LLC, its owners, officers, trainers, employees, and agents. I also agree to hold Perfect Canine Plus Academy, LLC, its owners, officers, trainers, employees, and agents harmless of the same. I agree to remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times. I agree and give permission for full media/photography rights for photos/videos/audio of my dog and I to Perfect Canine Plus Academy, LLC. I have carefully read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the Perfect Canine Plus Academy, LLC.
